WHAT IS ORGANIZATIONAL METAMORPHOSIS 101?
Each OM 101 TeleJourney is an intensive 3-month action-learning expedition that engages committed organizational leaders and practitioners in an opportunity to multiply the lasting contribution they make through the organization(s) they serve. A few of its features:

* OM 101 will be guided by Bill Veltrop, a Consulting Elder with 30+ years of hands-on innovative organizational learning and change experience.

* We will organize ourselves as a generative learning community. We will weave a web of co-creative coaching relationships among participants.

* Together we will explore ways we can accelerate our development as forces for constructive change in the organizations we serve.

* We will learn pragmatic ways to be the change we want to see in our world.

* Participants will draw from each other’s experience and stories, and will have access to pragmatic tools, lenses, strategies and experience to support their individual action-learning journeys.

THE STORIES BEHIND ORGANIZATIONAL METAMORPHOSIS 101
This unique pathfinding TeleJourney is an introduction to a much larger game—a game truly worth playing. We recommend you read The Stories Behind OM 101. These stories will include:

* A View From 30,000 Feet

FORMAT FOR THE TELEJOURNEY
Each OM 101 series will consist of a 3-4-month action-learning expedition. Each expedition will include:

* An in depth telephone interview with Bill Veltrop to ensure a good fit between participant expectations and this offering. These interviews will provide a basis both for shaping the TeleCourse content and also for forming “Co-creative Coaching Trios.”

* Six 2-hour TeleSessions (bi-weekly) with Bill and the rest of this action-learning community. These sessions will evolve as each series unfolds. They will usually include a brief check-in from the “Co-creative Coaching Trios” (learnings, breakdowns and breakthroughs, offers and requests), one or more “fishbowl style” coaching sessions with Bill as the primary coach, a processing of those sessions, as well as introduction of new material.

* Six Co-creative Coaching Trio calls (biweekly—alternating with the TeleSessions). The focus of these calls will be to provide individuals with on-going peer accountability and coaching based on their personal 10X commitments.

Each TeleSession in each OM 101 series will explore new territory. The content focus throughout each series will always be strongly influenced by the specific commitments of community members.

WHAT’S REQUIRED OF THE PARTICIPANTS?
Your 10X Commitment, i.e., your commitment to go for a significant breakthrough in the lasting contribution you make in and through the organizations you serve. Read “Personal 10X Commitments”, to gain some appreciation for this core design element.

Time Commitment:
Six 2-hr telesessions, six trio calls, pre-series interview, etc. 20-24 hours
Self-directed exploration and study 10-16 hours
Total time commitment/series 30-40 hours

Financial Commitment:
The fee basis for this first OM 101 action-learning expedition is $500. This fee helps support Pathfinders and Heartland Circle as well as the on-going development of TheInfiniteGames.org.

If the pre-expedition interview reveals that there is a good 2-way fit, but the fee is an issue, we are dedicated to making the money work for all. Contact Bill Veltrop at 831-462-1992 to work out what is needed.
