You will be prepared as a teacher and guide of the AoC practices and methodologies


COMPETENCIES

• You will claim your "authority" as a Certified Convener (CC) :
  • With deeper competence, confidence, courage—having completed the theoretical and practical Aspects of the Convening Wheel in depth and explored the challenges and opportunities of applying the AoC in your life/work.
  • Share your teaching with others, optimize your own effectiveness as a leader, deepen your skills as a facilitator.

• Maximize your personal and professional relevance and application of convening methodology to:

  • Spark maximum innovation, ignite team engagement and creativity, shift your culture, successfully harness collective wisdom, increase accountability and achieve team goals.
  • Transform virtual and in-person meetings, gatherings and conversations into energizing environments that result in meaningful connection, inspiration and commitment to action.

CERTIFICATION*

  • Recognition as an Advanced Level AoC Certified Convener* on completion of the AoC Advance Certification Training
  • Certified to deliver the Convening Wheel and all principles and practices of the AoC methodology in practice and/or organization
  • Qualified to use all AoC materials, i.e., workbooks, handouts, etc.

*Not certified to use AoC name and logo to represent as official AoC training and/or workshop.
