The Advanced TeleTraining was invaluable in deepening the skills introduced during the Core AoC training. Time was spent exploring each aspect of the Convening Wheel with attention given to its applicability in real life scenarios. Each participant was invited to co-convene a training session which offered an opportunity to practice in a safe collegial environment where helpful feedback was given. The training also offered opportunity for individual coaching sessions as well as several "councils" where the focus was on a convening situation presented by one of the participants.
The most powerful and surprising aspect of my experience with the training is the depth of authentic community I felt almost from the first call. Triads were formed that convened in the weeks between training sessions. The treasure of community doesn't stop with the last session. It has continued through ongoing conversations!

Thanks for the AoC program. A new confidence in convening has taken me over in the past months. I notice the difference in myself as I continue to convene the IONS Community Group and even with my clients.
