Each 2-hour call will be supported by:
• Course Reading (2 course books, distributed essays and course materials, poetry and quotes)
• Journal Keeping
• Partner Coaching Calls among participants
• Coaching Calls to work on specific case studies

Journal: Each participant is asked to keep a dedicated journal for the duration of the series. If you don't have one, we have a high quality selection for purchase.

Journal Keeping: We'll be working with a journaling question for each session. For some, journaling is part of daily life; for others personal reflective writing is a stretch. We suggest you have fun, take it easy and allow yourself to play with the process.

Partnering Calls: These calls are meant to give you time with a partner to share your reflections, learnings and experiences with various aspects of the AoC.

Coaching Councils: There will be 2 2.0 hour calls to address participant issues and case studies.
