TRAINING FORMAT & BENEFITS
All sessions are a blend of group interaction and engagement. Between
sessions participants continue learning via experiential exercises,
individual reading and reflection, and are supported by a unique online
learning platform.
• Be part of a small, virtual learning group format – limited to 10 participants
• Experience a highly interactive and dynamic learning environment utilizing MaestroConference technology – each participant’s preparation, attendance and contribution is essential
• Travel the Wheel experientially in each session while focusing on session themes and relevant practices
• Maximize personal and professional relevance and application with course readings and essays, focused journaling and reflection time, and collaborative partner calls in between sessions
• Belong to an engaged and inspired community of like-minded intentional leaders

• Personalized orientation call with Certified Convening Leader
• Six 2-hour TeleTraining sessions
• Collaborative learning partner calls
• One personalized coaching session (one-on-one) with Certified Convening Leader
• 12 contact hours plus partner call time
• Private online learning platform in an intimate learning community of peers
• Eco e-learning workbook with downloadable course syllabus and curriculum
• Unlimited access to downloadable recordings of all sessions
• AoC Certificate of Completion – prerequisite for Advance TeleTraining and certification.
