Organizational Trainings

The Organizational Trainings focus on how the Principles of Convening and Essential Conversation can revolutionize how participants interact with each other, and how they individually facilitate and lead meetings and gatherings. It will take all participants more deeply into having authentic conversations, creating the opportunity for maximum creativity and innovation.

Each Organizational Training basic program has customized design features to fit the needs of your organization. Groups of up to 20 people can select the following program options: Four-Weeks, Four-Months or Six-Months

All sessions are a blend of group interaction and engagement with experiential exercises and individual reading and reflection between sessions.

The AoC program provides the ability to interact with others and to receive coaching on how to strengthen our relationships by deepening the conversation in any type of environment. Professionally it’s extremely challenging to take the time to absorb the changes and critically think about what is occurring in our lives.
