
Engagement We believe in engaging participants from the start, reaching out and encouraging them to develop a relationship with the TLG community.
Energy We design with the energy of the group in mind, and constantly monitor the energy or "feel" of the group and individuals.
Container We select and create environments for the community which are most conducive to safe and in-depth interactions.
Conversation We encourage meaningful and transformative conversations with the community by reinforcing the shared values of the community and reiterating the Principles of Conversation.
Community We develop and nurture community through the conscious selection, by invitation, of community members and through a variety of principles and practices which support community.
Reflection We believe reflection is a core leadership competency and the TLGs are designed around just that-taking time off to go inside and reflect on issues of critical importance and our role as organizational and people leaders.
Action We know that in order for all of the above to be of value to our organizations and ourselves we must be able to take action and implement new ways of being with or responding to environmental change and critical personal and professional issues.
