Charlie's purpose is to help lead and facilitate meaningful change, shepherding and connecting people, ideas, solutions, and resources to create opportunities that generate dramatic, sustainable results while expanding our consciousness. 
 
Charlie is currently President of Ideas to Go, a leading Innovation Process Consulting firm which helps large organizations catalyze their dynamic thinking, and uncover new opportunities for their brands.    A Harvard Business School graduate, Charlie has worked in 15 different industries including organizations the corporate, non-profit, start-up sectors.  He spent many years with large companies such as Pillsbury, H.J. Heinz, and The Bank of New York.   In 1986, he started Provide International, a non-profit in the slums of Nairobi, an organization that has now provided health care services to over 1.5 million Kenyans.  He co-founded yourexpedition with polar explorer Ann Bancroft under the mission of “To inspire and promote the achievement of dreams,” utilizing the historic 2001 Bancroft Arnesen Expedition to Antarctica to inspire millions of women and kids around the globe (securing corporate partners such as Volvo, Motorola, Pfizer, Apple, The Girl Scouts, CNN).  A singer/songwriter, Charlie found his authentic voice in his 40s, and has recorded two albums (Crossing Over and Pilgrimage), and his first music video “Africa Rising.”
