BIOGRAPHY
Ann Riley is the senior vice president of quality for Riverside-based Altura Credit Union. She holds a BA and MBA from California State University, San Bernardino and completed ASQ's Six Sigma black belt training. Ann has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, most recently focusing on strategy and quality. She currently sits on the board of examiners for the California Council for Excellence and has facilitated Altura's CAPE (Baldrige) application efforts, most recently resulting in silver level recognition. Additionally, she teaches a course on the principles of e-commerce at Riverside Community College.
