BIOGRAPHY
Barry is Creator of Team Spirit Team Development Program and the Noble Purpose Curriculum for personal spiritual awakening.

For 20 years Barry’s greatest passion has been making pilgrimages to various monasteries, every 3-4 months, for weeklong silent retreats. His Team Spirit Program is used by organizations such as AT&T, VW of America, General Motors and Lexis/Nexis.

The counterpart to Team Spirit, called Noble Purpose, is a curriculum for individuals pursuing passion and purpose arising from their deepest essence.

Barry loves jazz, automobile racing, contemplation and silence for an hour each day, and seeing movies with his wife. He is faculty emeritus with the Graduate School of the Union Institute. Barry lives with his wife, Kipra, and dog, Namaste, in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
