BIOGRAPHY
Deidre consults, coaches and instructs using the Way of Conflict philosophy since founding Combs and Company in 1994. She speaks nationally on cross-cultural conflict transformation techniques and is a faculty member of Wisdom University, Naropa University and Montana State University. Deidre also mediates in corporate, government and non-profit settings.

Her prior experience includes twelve years at IBM and serving as the marketing director at the software startup SolCom, Inc. Deidre holds a doctoral degree from the University of Creation Spirituality/Naropa and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from George Washington University.

She enjoys running, skiing, yoga and hiking with her husband and their three children.
