BIOGRAPHY
FireHawk Hulin is a carrier, along with his wife Pele Rouge, of an ancient body of Earth Wisdom Teachings that were given to them during a formal, eight-year apprenticeship with WindEagle and RainbowHawk, medicine keepers of the Origin Teachings of the Delicate Lodge. This ancient wisdom tradition comes from many different indigenous peoples of both North and South America.

FireHawk’s professional background includes over 30 years of creative work as a producer of media for organizations wanting to communicate the broader meaning of organizational life. His genius, in gatherings large and small all over the world, is to seek out and communicate the higher and deeper purpose underlying all “the stuff”.

In 1992, Pele Rouge and FireHawk began their journey with the Medicine Teachings and over the next eight years, created ceremonies, rites of passage, vision quests and wisdom councils in the US and Europe.

In 2000, he and Pele Rouge co-founded RESONANCE and have since dedicated themselves to finding ever-more-whole ways to give back the gift of ancient Earth wisdom to individuals and groups in a modern context.

Since the founding of the Thought Leader Gatherings in the Bay Area in 1999, Pele and FireHawk have been an active partner with Heartland in establishing and nourishing a community of leaders committed to taking their visions into whole and balanced action.

FireHawk and Bill Veltrop are currently working on an interactive eBook, Designing for Life, as a part of a pioneering initiative to catalyze a Bay Area movement toward regional wholeness.

WHAT GETS YOU UP IN THE MORNING?
What gets me up in the morning is the belief that we will find our way towards wholeness by remembering our deep partnership with the Earth. The way that the sun peaks over the ridge to the east of our house, the gradual increase of bird song from stillness to riot, the dance of clouds, mist and trees in the valleys in front of Coyote Ridge and the joy of another day of life with my magnificent partner and wife, Pele Rouge.
