Fred Kiel

BIOGRAPHY Prior to founding KRW in 1991, Fred worked with senior executives in private practice and developed the prototype for KRW's New Foundations program. From 1972 to 1976, he founded the Center for Behavior Modification, and then the Kiel Clinics, which became the major employer of mental health professionals in its market. Fred is co-author of the Consulting Psychology Journal's Coaching at the Top. Fred received his B.A. and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota. In 1976, he was appointed to the first licensing board of psychologists by the governor of Minnesota. He has also served on the boards of several philanthropic organizations, including Augsburg College Youth and Family Institute and Graywolf Press.
