BIOGRAPHY
Kevin is the founder and CEO of LeaderSource and Executive to Leader Institute, an international leadership development and coaching consultancy. Over the past 20 years, his firm has pioneered transformational coaching programs that focus on growing the whole person to enhance leadership performance. He has authored three books on career and leadership development, and Leadership from the Inside Out, was selected as a National Business Best Seller, 1998-99, Schwartz Business Books.Kevin has been helping executives and organizations enhance their growth and effectiveness. He is known as an expert in the design and implementation of comprehensive leadership and career coaching programs. Cashman has written extensively on leadership and career development and he and his firm have been featured in many national media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Harvard Management Update, and Human Resource Executive. He has also been a contributing editor to Executive Excellence magazine. He was a contributing author, along with Warren Bennis, Stephen R. Covey, and Peter Senge in A New Paradigm of Leadership. Kevin has participated in over 50 triathlons and has practiced and taught meditation for the past three decades.
