BIOGRAPHY
Margaret is a consulting philosopher, author and speaker. She is passionate about guiding individuals and organizations to experience their deeper wisdom and achieve their greatest potential. She is considered by many to be a master and pioneer at fusing the practical, the intellectual, the spiritual and the emotional in organizations. Margaret has the unique ability to draw out her clients' wisdom and foresight to guide them to practical and insightful solutions around significant issues of vision, strategy, ethics, values-based culture and executive team effectiveness.

In addition to her successful practice as a consulting philosopher, Margaret's 30 years of business experience encompasses roles in market research, strategic planning, marketing, new ventures, and total quality. Working with Chuck Denny for 10 years at ADC Telecommunications, Inc. influenced her business philosophy. Additionally, she has served as an MBA adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas teaching marketing and pricing. She has also taught at the College of St. Catherine. Margaret also has extensive experience at the Board level; both in the public and private sectors.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Reell Precision Manufacturing Corporation and has shared her expertise with the community over the years. Past Board positions include Board member of the Minnesota High Technology Council, the Citizen's League and Responsible Minnesota Business. Lulic has also been a member of the Minnesota Council for Quality, the World Business Academy, Business for Social Responsibility and the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

Margaret counts two books and numerous articles among her published works. She was also a contributing author of a chapter, "An Economy with a Higher Purpose," in a third book entitled 12 Step Wisdom at Work. Margaret's is currently writing about governance and the triple bottom line and a collaborative book on transformation in health care. In addition she is experimenting using novels to carry many of these same themes.

She has been a guest speaker at the American Society for Quality Control, Greenleaf Conference on Servant Leadership, Minnesota Quality Award Conference, International Association of Business Communicators, North Central Deming Forum, National Conference on Service, National Communications Forum, National Training Conference and others.

Margaret graduated with honors with a double major in English and Political Philosophy from Marquette University. She earned her MA from the University of Chicago with an interdisciplinary degree in Political Philosophy and Education. She is certified by the National Values Center in the emerging field of the evolution of worldviews and their effect on leadership, values and change. She has extensive education beyond these in business and leadership.

Her clients include 3M, Allina Health Systems, American Paging Inc., The Bakken, The Basilica of St. Mary, Boise Cascade, DataCard, Dupont, Hennepin County, Keller Rosen & Associates, Malt-O-Meal, Medtronic, Inc., Osseo School District, U.S. Banks, SALA Architects, Schott Corporation, State of Minnesota, Wilkerson, Guthmann & Johnson., Ltd. as well as others.
