BIOGRAPHY

Will is founder and CEO of the Gardener's Supply family of companies, whose motto is "Improving the World Through Gardening". Will founded Gardener's Supply in 1983 after a successful career with several large corporations. Gardener's Supply is proud to be employee-owned, with an innovative management philosophy that supports over 200 employees in a corporate structure that stresses a participatory management style.

Will received a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis, a Masters degree in Business and Urban Planning from UC Berkley. Will is the Chairman of the Board for the Intervale Foundation and he currently sits on the boards of The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund, Vermont Partnership for Environmental Technology and Science, Vermont Sustainable Agriculture Advisory Council and Living Technologies, Inc.
